How do we enable the "clear done issues" option?

probably you need to hide completed issue in your board. There is a specific setting for that (https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwareserver/configuring-filters-938845268.html#Configuringfilters-(Kanbanonly)Hidingcompletedissues) - this seetings is the same in server and cloud instances.

hey @Izla Kesler , it depends from your setting and it can't be done manually for a specific ticket

Yeah sure, it is for all done issues at the same time.

You could try adding sub-filter. That's described under (Kanban only) Adding a sub-filter on the page @Fabio Racobaldo _Catworkx_ linked above. For example, something like:

status != Done
