Hello, by going to the board configuration and then selecting the quick filters you could customize them and make them based on labels

where is the board configuration ??

Top right of the screen. On the image you sent you can see it right next to the star icon

click the star icon, add rule "Assign an issue to someone.","Update Issue Field"

no quick filters...
