Recently instead of first and last name of user in JIRA we can see only Former user
Sometimes its important to know if former user is Product Manager / QA Engineer / Dev / Sales etc.
how can i restore those names ?

You don't. This happens when you delete a user from the systems, which we don't recommend precisely because you have destroyed the information about who they were. (You should disable users who have left, not delete)
This was not the case previously. In fact, there was a message about how the contributions will be retained. What happened to that?
