How do I automate creation of status reports?

I have report templates that I would like to be generated each week with change in dates?

correct, in other words, every monday, I want a new summary page created with empty status pages of every departments and you can imagine this can be extended in many ways and levels.

e.g

Engineering Updates - Week 01/30/2019

* Team 1 Updates - Week 01/30/2019

* Team 2 Updates - Week 01/30/2019
* Team 3 Updates - Week 01/30/2019
* Team 4 Updates - Week 01/30/2019
