I am trying to create a workflow process for NDA's and I have the workflow completed. It seems that all is linked correctly but I am getting the issue of: customfield_10003: Approvers is required. Can someone help me with this?
Hi @Csp3r. Just to clarify - you are getting this error when working on the ticket itself, right? Not while editing a workflow...
Please check to which status is the ticket going to when you get the error - in the transition leading to this status in your workflow you should check the Validations to see if there is a mandatory field called Approves that is set there. Either remove it or make it visible in the transition screen.
