Currently it's not possible.

You can find in the article below that default values are coming soon:

You can now add default values to custom fields in Next-gens, go into project settings and expand the field card and you will see default values setting for the majority of the field types.
Soon users will also be able to set default values on the Description field as well, which is a long standing and highly requested feature.
