You can't set the timeline this way in Portfolio.You can Group your issues in the timeline by Team, Person, Labels or Components only.For now, you can see this Grouping in the settings of your plan:

The workaround you can use to be able to set the timeline by issuetype would be creating a label for your issues and then Group your plan by labels.
