Using Component(s) with the Value Field workflow condition

I am trying to set a workflow condition where the transition is only available if the issue has a specific value in the Component(s) field. When I use the "Value Field" condition, I have tried getting this condition to work by using both the string match for the Name and the Option ID match. I can't seem to get either to work. Is there any operators or anything that may need to be added to the "Option ID" for it to register? I know Component(s) is a functional multi-select list field, so there may be additional nuances to get this to work? I am trying to avoid buying add-ons to do some basic workflow transition stuff. I am also newer to cloud, but a veteran server user.

For now, you can use the ScriptRunner plugin to work around this bug, as provided in the answer below:
