JIRA with Harvest - grab harvest project/task ID using API?

Question

My jira is integrated with Harvest.

Every time I create an issue, my jira automatically knows how to link it to harvest project id and task 'development'.

Is there a way to grab that project id and task id from JIRA API of that issue?
