How can I add users as Members in Scrum Project ?

I am not able to add Users as members in Scrum Project

I have created Project as Classic Project ->Scrum -> After if i want to add any user in Project i am only able to add all User as Administrator not as "Member".

Member option is not coming in Drop down.

First of all, you need to create a role as per your team and then only you will be able to see all the roles in the drop-down option.
