There is a option to create a sub-task equals to parent?

Hi,

I'm thinking in a option in Jira issue like:

More --> Copy to Subtask

Where after click in this option, a new sub-task is created equals to parent.

There is possible?

Hi @betigolo,

there are a couple of possibilities:

* As @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- mentioned, clone the issue and convert it to a sub-task.
* Exocet: You can create sub-tasks with fields already prefilled
* Create on Transition: With this app, you can create sub-tasks automatically when you perform a transition.
* And yes, there are tons more apps in the marketplace...

You would probably want to clone the issue, then use "convert to sub-task".  There are a couple of add-ons around that can do this in one action, take a look in the marketplace for them.
