verify domain

I am trying to verify my domain. Even though I can access and see the file atlassian-domain-verification.html in my browser, I still get an error "Please make the verification file available here:" What's wrong with that and how can I get my domain verified under Site Administration > Domains?

Are you using httpS connection? JIRA verifies domain only with ssl certificate.
