How disable the popup from header row of table

I have a table consisting of one row of headers and when I hover over the content, a popup appears on the right-hand side of the row.  Is there a way I can disable or hide the popup?  The popup contains icons for Filter Table Data, create a Pivot Table, create a chart from a data series, etc.
