We have articles which have past employee's names as owners and it would be great to update these to current people responsible- is this possible??

The only way I know how to do this in Cloud would be to do an XML export of the data. Then edit the XML and re-import it back in. It can be a hairy process and is not without risk.
OK - I think I will create new articles and archive the old ones with out of date owners
