Adding Custom Fields to Screens

Why is it that when I create a new custom field, it doesn't automatically show up on the screens that I assign it to? If I edit the screen, it is there on the Edit screen and when I update from there, it goes back to the main screen for the card but it doesn't show up there before that.

A customfield field only appear if it have data. If you need to know why a field doesn't appear go to the screen, "configure field" and click "where is my field" you will be able to retrieve some informations.
