Webhook register permissions

The documentations says that webhook register endpoint requires Jira Administrators global persmission. 

So my question is: which permission should I check here:

<JIRA_URL>/rest/api/<version>/mypermissions 

if there are not any mention about that group?

I know this is a very old question but I am answering anyway, in case other users will have the same doubt in the future.

Usually, in Jira Cloud, the group is jira-administrato but this is actually something that can be configured/changed by any Jira administrator. Therefore, in order to see the groups configured to have the "Administer Jira" global permission in your Jira you can go to: 

• https://JIRA_ADDRESS/secure/admin/GlobalPermissions!default.jspa
