How can I move multiple (100+) issues from one project to another in a newest version of Jira? Actually I don't even know which version do I have cause there's no information about it neither in "About Jira" section, nor in the footer (as some advices say) 
I've found a Help document which says:
- Select Tools > Bulk Change.
Select the issues you'd like to perform the bulk operation on, and select Next.
But I don't even have a Tools button anywhere. The help (https://confluence.atlassian.com/jiracoreserver073/editing-multiple-issues-at-the-same-time-861257342.html) refers to 7.3 version, seems to be outdated.
Would be grateful for help!
PS: the workflows are the same
PPS: I've got all permissions, including bulk actions
