Issues Search Add Label Dropdown

I am working in JIRA Cloud. When I created a "New Gen" project, I noticed there were "Label" and "Epic" dropdowns by default next to the search and "Quick Filters" when looking at issues, eg Backlog. Unfortunately, we decided to go not with a New Gen project and now those dropdowns are gone. I know I can add quick filters, but that requires me to hardcode a label (eg. "labels = <my_label>". What I want is a dropdown that the user can choose a label on the fly to sort by and have that as a dropdown next to:

Hi Sydney,

Currently, this functionality only works on Next-Gen projects and it's not possible to add the same on Classic projects.
Based on your question, I've created a feature request for our dev team to check and perhaps add it in the future.
