After the cased has closed , edit the comments in long form is not allowed

Question

The cases has closed, I tried to edit the existing comments in long form but it is not allowed.

Hence I need to reopen the case to edit the comments so inserting long forms/comments works fine.

Qns: May I know if long comments are still allow to add after the case is closed without reopen the case?

Is there a restriction on adding a comment to the closed issue in the workflow configuration?
