Hello, I have disabled a few plug ins like "Protoshare" & "Simple edit" but they still show up on issue screens. How should I get rid of them?

I do have admin privileges for my JIRA instance and we are using cloud version of JIRA.
Appreciate any help.

You need to be an admin, then you can disable and remove them.
