Cannot export page to PDF

Question

Each time I try to export to PDF it tells me to check the log files.

This is basic software stuff - export to PDF doesn't work for me at all.  No logs, just absolutely horrible experience.  The only way I got it to print was using the browser capability.

Please advise.

I'm happy to let you know that Better PDF Exporter for Jira Cloud has just launched on the Atlassian Marketplace! It comes with many useful templates to create simple issue exports or complex reports in PDF.  See this example for a simple Issue Navigator export:

What are you trying to export and could you provide us a replicable step so that we could better understand the issue. Perhaps a screenshot too?
