mentioned users do not receive notifications

Is there any way to make mentioned users in the comment receive email notifications?

Hi Riham,

did you configure outgoing mailserver?

They should receive notifications if you have set it up correctly. Is this happening to all users? Few users only? Do these users have valid email? Is the email notifications for other events working at all?
