As an admin, can I update a "system" user avatar?

I would like to update the generic "grayman" avatar for system users that interact with our tickets so that as they post and interact and send messages, it's not just "grayman" posting. This is obviously something minor, and a nice-to-have, but visually, it is helpful.

sadly, nothing quite addresses the ability to update avatars for cloud environments. Thanks again for the replies @Tinker Fadoua though.

This is just one of those "things" that differentiate between server and cloud.

As far as I can tell, there is no way to update system user avatars as a JIRA Cloud admin.

Hi @Rosa M Fossi,

My best suggestion will be to install SU plugin. You will be able to SU as the user then update their avatar. I totally understand it is definitely nice to have an avatar instead of nothing.

I was never and will never be a cloud lover. I always worked on server because it allows you do more when it comes to configuration and you have plenty choices when it comes to add-ons.
