Can I run a query that references linked tickets and returns a field from the linked ticket?

I need to run a query that returns SUP tickets and the 'Target Version' field from it's linked DEV ticket - is this possible?

Hi Carol, 

What did you mean by "run a query"? You won't be able to do that using JQL. There is this add-on which will allow you to create custom reports but it's paid.
