Maybe I'm doing this wrong, but I'm following the instructions at:

I go to Jirs Settings -> System-> Import and Export-> Begin import
I navigate to the Backup directory. When I select "open" it brings me to another file selector screen (the child of the directory I opened). This process continues down the directory structure until there are only greyed out entries.
I can't figure out how to actually start the import
Figured it out. you need to point the import to the exported zip file, not the uncompressed files
