How to create custom report on JIRA Desktop Services Cloud

1. in this format - not possible with standard JIRA SD capabilities. 
2. eazyBI for JIRA Cloud would help: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211508/eazybi-reports-and-charts-for-jira-cloud?hosting=cloud&tab=overview

If you don't want to use eazyBI:

1. each of columns would require separate JQL
2. You will not be able to show all data in one table or in one graph
3. The only dashboard gadget capable of showing each column  split into different agents would be 2-dimensional gadget
