How to get add ons to show in New Jira Issue View

All of the add ons that we used in the Old Issue View are not showing up in the New Issue View. Does anyone know how to make the add ons appear in the New Issue View?

@Tinker Fadoua I do not see a plus sign on the screen (other than the create issue button) where should that button be located?
