I can't create a new space

Question

I am admin to Atlassian Cloud.

Our all of team include me can't create new space.

After pushed "create space" or "create from template" button,

just displaying continue image permanently as below.

How to solve this problem??

Hi Kim,

It's possible someone's turned off all of the space blueprints, but that constantly spinning wheel in your screenshot suggests a process that can't complete. Open a support ticket with Atlassian, because they'll need to investigate.

Yes, I get the same problem each browsers IE/Safari/Chrome.

But I don't know about Firefox/Edge if have problem or not.

Hi Kim,

Do you get the same problem with different browsers?  Sometimes Firefox/Chrome/Safari/Edge will have a problem that other browsers don't.
