Jira issue creator for Microsoft Dynamics D365

Hi community,

is there a way that I can integrate the (issue) create workflow into Microsoft Dynamics D365 which is running in a browser? E.g. that the user will have a button in top level navigation where the create workflow of defined projects is been triggered.
