Where is the envelope-symbol in the issue-view?

We just updated to JIRA 6.0.5 and now i'm missing the envelope-symbol we used to inform others about problems with certain issues. It was also possible to attach notes with this function.

Was it removed or is it just hidden?

Now with a new share-symbol and the possibility Link the Issue with an URL.
