when creating issues/bug it is showing all the sprint which is not from the same project , it creates confusion , it should show sprint from current open project

Sprint is a board feature, not a project feature. Issues, which are selected for a board, are queried by the JQL filter, which is defined for this board. That is why you can see all sprints.
