Some tickets doesn't appear on confluence page when I create from a space

Hello,

1. Go to my Confluence page

2. I highlight my text

3. I create a JIRA ticket

==> After the creation, sometimes the ticket appears and sometimes not

Do you have an idea why ?

I can't add a video.

I have a table, i click on my first column ==> the ticket is created and is displayed on my page ==> OK

When I click on the right column and I create the thicket by the same way, the ticket doesn't appear
