However we have many doubts about this method: Using Kanban configuration in Jira, * ¿Can we see the backlog in active display? * ¿Could we create rows about priority in active display? * ¿What difficulty is there in changing our project from scrum to kanban? ¿Would we lose the project configuration? Hi Jorge, You can configure both a scrum board with a backlog and the ability to create sprints, while also creating a kanban board. Boards make use of the statuses and data in the tickets, but are essentially just an interface presenting this ticket data in the form of a board of backlog. The main difference is that a kanban board has no backlog and no sprints. So: * Can we see the backlog in active display?* No, but you can keep the Scrum board so that you can keep the backlog there. * ¿Could we create rows about priority in active display?* Yes in the board view this can be configured * ¿What difficulty is there in changing our project from scrum to kanban? ¿Would we lose the project configuration? No, you can create multiple boards for your project. They can be both scrum and kanban.

Não entendi como criar pastas para meu projeto. Onde fica esse recurso pfv?

Se criei um proj Scrum ms há stories nele que precisam de um tempo maior que a sprint, posso usar o Kanban que fica melhor, mas como criar essas pastas?
