NERC CIP compliance for Atlassian cloud?

My question, is if Atlassian has any formal compliance statement for the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) , CIP standards?

I found a statement from Atlassian in support threads that they only have SOC 1, and plan no other conformity (understandably, too many such standards), leaving that to each organization to meet their needs, including in-house hosting, which is fine if you have a substantial IT organization.

My customer uses only Cloud solutions...so does anyone know of a Managed Hosting provider that has the JIRA+Confluence skills AND has NERC CIP compliance? My Google search hasn't yet proved productive.
