Changing the base url for Jira and Confluence cloud

Can I set it up as a subdomain to my website?

With Server or DC, you can run on any sub-domain you want, under a domain you own.

Atlassian Cloud instances have URLs formatted as xxxxxx.atlassian.net.

Please have a look the Restricted function in jira cloud as well.
