Dunno why this error is occurring. Anyone else experiencing this?

Given permissions for access to Confluence Cloud spaces is being edited

When users are added to a whitelist for access

And the settings are saved

Then an error is displayed with the following message:

"The following error(s) occurred:  There was an error loading preview. Please try again later."

Hey Joey,

Please supply a bit more information.

* What kind of file?
* File size? 
* Confluence Cloud or Server?

I have had issues in the past where large files will not generate a preview. Worst case, users can still download the file and open using the application.
