Getting error - Sign in with Google temporarily disabled

The app that is trying to be used is google sheets. This issue is not affecting all of our users, only some. Which makes it more puzzling.

Any way I can intentionally reproduce this behaviour? My gmail account is personal, not my professional Jira account. I will NEVER want to sign in with my google credentials and it is extremely annoying being prompted with it every day.
