I'm trying to activate JIRA on demand... the website atlassian account say it is ok but i can't find where i can open the website JIRA ?..

Depends on what you named the site. It'll be yourname.atlassian.netgenerally.

It can take a few minutes to set up as well. If you've been waiting a while, might be worth raising a support request with Atlassian
