After installation of service desk trial i cant create any service desk project. All i can see in create section is business and software types.
There are several other threads that have discussed this so I recommend searching them out. Here is one.

Looks like it is ok for me.
I have seen 4 or 5 threads and cant see any suggestion. So many answers about reinstalling but i have reinstalled service desk module for 3 times now.
Did you make sure you are in the correct group? jira-service-deks (i think)
