I created some new fields in our Jira Service Desk Cloud Version. Unfortunately their content can not be found by the search field. I choose the free text searcher. What am I doing wrong?

free text searcher works for searching a text field, but since you created a custom(new) field you need to use the advanced searching using field reference. For more information check out the documentation link below.
