Missing "resolution screen" when closing an issue

Question

At the moment, when moving an issue from status X to "Done", no "resolution screen" is popping.

When checking the Project's  "screens" admin page, it has a:

XYZ Scrum Issue Type Screen Scheme

and not the default screen schema.

Is it normal? I'm not sure what will happen if I change it to the "default screen scheme".

And BTW - how can I add this screen to another transition? Say from "QA" to "Ready to Production"?

To add the screen to particular transition go to Admin --> Issues --> Workflow

Find the workflow on which you want to add the screen, Edit the Workflow and select/double click on transition, It will pop up the window and add the screen.

Hi!

There's no resolution screen by default. You should edit the workflow to add the screen to the required transition. Moreover, you should create this screen first and add there a resolution field.
