Hi, I have created a transition in my workflow that is shared between projects and I have setup a condition on this transition that it only be allowed if the project is = Web. A couple photos are provided to illustrate: Essentially what I am trying to do is skip the QA step in the Web project but not in the other project but this does not seem to work it will not allow me to skip directly from needs review to ready for deployment. What am I doing wrong?

See the comparison type what you have been used while configuring condition.

I don't believe you can test for the project name on the condition out of the box.

Agree on this one, the condition states "The Field Project", so it is trying to match the value of the custom field. Depends on your field config aswell.

That project field was one of the options to use. Also if I check for project under the "Where is my field?" on the admin dropdown in the issue browser this is what it shows/says it seems to me this should just be working.

You are right, Sir, my apologies. Try finding the project ID and change the comparison type to option ID and insert the web project id there, you can find it in browser console. Let me know if it helped please, I wonder myself.

Even if you can test for the project I don't believe you can 'skip' a step. You need to have two transitions, one with the condition of project equals 'web' and one with the condition of project not equal to web.
