I'm having trouble getting the time in status to work on the agile gadget. it is an active field configuration, Nothing appears in the Time in Status gadget.

Could you clarify your question?
I could understand that you are trying to use the custom field "Time in Status" in a gadget, is that correct?
If so, please, could you please clarify in which gadget and the type of the custom field?
Some custom fields are not available to be used in gadgets.
The gadget that i'm trying to use is Average Time in Status. Even with a regular filter will all statuses selected no data shows. This chart shows the average time spent in a status for all resolved issues over the past 30 days.
We have configured the time in status field as well, but this doesn't return any information.
