I have found this on Confluence documentation regarding exporting PDF in another language
https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Creating+PDF+in+Another+Language
but this option doesn't seem to be available to Confluence On-Demand, could some one from On-Demand team please confirm this?
Thanks
