How read issue historical with JQL?
You can not show historical values with JQL, but you can make JQL queries on historical values of some fields with the was and changed operators. You can read more here:

JQL in no way does analytics for you, it fetches issues, thus if you want to get reports based on transition times, user who executed a certain transition etc the you would need to use some Apps from the market place.
