Is it possible to show two status show for a single ticket?

Question

Our current project involves two development teams One for the Front End and the other for the Back End.

However the story created as a Jira ticket requires both two show their  status, for example the Front End dev team progress faster than the Back end. how can i show that FE Dev is in a status of Ready for test whereas BE Dev are in a status of not started

I dug out this on creating the boards - https://www.atlassian.com/agile/tutorials/creating-your-agile-board but the column configuration is no more complex than I said above - just put different status in the to-do/done columns

An issue can only have one status, that's the point of a workflow.

The usual way to do what you need is to take a different view.  Create a board for each team.  For the Front End team, have "ready for test" as the far-right "done" column, and for the BE team, it's the far-left "to do" column
