how to upload an image to Confluence from harddrive while creating a page

Hello, i'm trying to create a page that contains images using the structural format

text is replaced inside ##

How can i include images located to my hard drive to the text above? Do i have to attach them first?

thanks Henry, but i do not have the possibility to buy an application. I've created a whole structure format, but unable to include code for image upload. if anyone has knowledge about this, i would appreciate. thanks
