Hello all!
I am pretty new to Jira administration and am running into an issue I cannot seem to solve. Recently I invited people to be portal only customers. Some of the people I invited have their email address as their user name, which is great! Most of them, however, have a username that was generated by Jira (This is an email account I have full access to):
When I click edit at the top, it only gives me the option to edit their full name, with no other options
Editing the full name does not resolve the issue.
Does anyone have any ideas as to why this happens or how to fix this issue? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
