Backup manager says that backup made, but it wasn't

I decided migrate to JIRA server , but when I tried to make a fresh backup , it said that I should wait 23h30m , but I didn't make any backup last hours.

Did you got a solution to get an backup now instead of waiting in my case 48 hours to pass by?
