Custom issue field - wyswig

Can I add a custom issue field with a wyswig interface as per the standard description or comment fields ?

add as you would any custom field:

Select the standard text field (multi-line is my usual choice)

Once the field is setup, go to the field configuration and choose 'wiki-style renderer'
